All materials that appear on our website are owned, controlled, or licensed by Boot Scoot Bikes, LLC, unless otherwise noted. The content of our site is intended for personal use only. Do not reproduce, modify, or create product from the content of this website.

-Product Information
Our product information may change over time. We will do our best to ensure all product information is up to date and accurate. We reserve the right to make any changes to prices, styles, images, and product availability without any prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. The prices displayed are in US dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. Please contact us with any questions and to order if you are outside of the United States.

-Colors
We make every effort to portray the colors of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the most accurate color because colors you see depend on you monitor.

-Safety
Riding a Boot Scoot Bike will bring your child countless hours of fun and exercise. As with all physical activity, there is some risk involved. Customers are solely responsible for the safety and supervision of their children. Children should always wear helmets and shoes when using our products.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has published guidelines for children ready to use ride-on toys and vehicles.  The guidelines can be read in their entirety here: AGE DETERMINATION GUIDELINES: Relating Children’s Ages To Toy Characteristics and Play Behavior. Please reference the “Sports and Recreational Play” section of the index for specific guidelines for ride-on toys and vehicles.

-Return Policy
We want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products. We are happy to refund the purchase price within 30 days upon date received of bike in new condition, having never been assembled or used. Shipping costs will not be refunded. All items must be returned in their original shipping carton with all original parts, manuals, and packing materials.

Exceptions to this policy may be made, on a case-by-case basis, if the item(s) shipped to you is defective, damaged, or incomplete. 

If you receive a product that is defective, do not attempt to assemble or use it. Contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange for a refund or replacement. If you discover damaged, defective, or missing parts in your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible within 30 days of purchase. We will ship replacement parts to you at no additional cost.
PLEASE NOTE: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Returns will not be accepted or refunded without prior authorization from our Returns Department. To obtain an RMA, please Contact Us

We recommend that you ship your returns through a service that provides a tracking number and insurance in the event that your purchase is lost during return shipping. Boot Scoot Bikes, LLC is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Once we have received the returned item(s), we will refund the full purchase price, via the original method of payment or a company check. Returns must be found to meet all eligibility requirements as stated above and should be sent to:
